  I took my short haired Dachshund here on 10/1 for grooming. They told me it would take 2.5 hours and they would call me. 3 hours later, I called back and they said 30-45 more minutes. Still No call back. Two days later, I realize that my dogs testicles are burned very badly to the point that they are raw. No call or notification upon pick up that he was injured while in their care. Since he is a short hair, he doesn't even require any type of hair cut!!! I am highly offended and will never take my dog back to this careless establishment. I am disgusted with them and plan on contacting their Corporate headquarters to notify them of the neglect occurring in this store. Do not take your dog to this place!!!
